1-2) Specific properties are not classified as ‘Band B’. Community Housing providers may be required to let an agreed percentage of homes within a project to tenants classified as “Band B’ under the Affordable Rental Housing eligibility criteria, as described in the Community Housing Eligibility Policy. Properties may house a range of tenancy types, allowing housing to be appropriatly matched to need.
