I refer to reports that there is up to three weeks
wait time for an interim family violence restraining order in the Mandurah
courts.
(1) Can the minister confirm that this is
true?
(2) If no, what is the current wait time?
(3) If yes, what is the government doing
to reduce these delays for victim-survivors seeking protection?
