Guardianship and administration laws—Law Reform Commission review20.Hon Nick Goiranto theparliamentary secretary representing the Attorney General:I refer to the answer to my question asked on 11 September 2025 wherein the Attorney General advised that the Law Reform Commission was due to complete its report on the review of the guardianship and administration laws by late 2025.(1) On what date in December 2025 did the Attorney General receive the report?(2) Is the Attorney General aware that nine years ago his predecessor promised to expedite amendments to the law surrounding enduring powers of attorney and guardianship?(3) Will the Attorney General end the government's shameful record in this matter over the last nine years and table the commission's report without further delay?(4) If no to (3), what is the latest excuse from the government in this disgraceful saga?

I provide the following on behalf of the parliamentary secretary representing the Attorney General.(1)–(4) The Attorney General received the report on 5 December 2025.
