I refer to Westport Beacon Issue 8, page 9, which includes a "high-level cost estimate" for infrastructure upgrades in relation to the Outer Harbour, that "came in at just under $4 billion", and I ask:(a) what was the breakdown of the "just under $4 billion" for the high-level cost estimates, for each of the following projects:(i) duplicating the South West Main rail line from Cockburn Triangle to Kwinana Industrial Area;(ii) expanding Rowley or Anketell Roads from Tonkin Highway to the port location;(iii) building the new port itself, including dredging; and(iv) intermodal facility upgrades?
