(a) As at 30 June 2026, how many appeals are currently before the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal (RPAT);
(b) Of the appeals currently before the RPAT, how many relate to:
(i) thoroughbred racing;
(ii) harness racing; and
(iii) greyhound racing;
(c) For each appeal currently before the RPAT, will the Minister provide:
(i) The date the appeal was lodged;
(ii) The code of racing involved; and
(iii) The current status of the appeal;
(d) What is the oldest unresolved appeal currently before the RPAT;
(e) How many appeals have been before the RPAT for:
(i) more than three months;
(ii) more than six months;
(iii) more than nine months; and
(iv) more then twelve months;
(f) What is the average time taken to determine an appeal before the RPAT during:
(i) 2023-24;
(ii) 2024-25; and
(iii) 2025-26 to date;
(g) How many appeals were lodged with the RPAT during:

(u) What steps is the Minister taking to ensure appeals are heard and determined in a timely manner to provide certainty to participants in the Western Australian racing industry?
