I refer to the Performing Artists User Stakeholder Satisfaction survey (reported in the 2026-27 Budget at 80 per cent) and the Customer Satisfaction survey and ask:
(a) How many respondents (for 2025-26) completed the:
(i) Performing Artists User Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey; and
(ii) Customer Satisfaction Survey;
(b) What methodology (online survey, paper survey, interview, focus group or another format) was used to conduct the:
(i) Performing Artists User Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey; and
(ii) Customer satisfaction survey;
(c) At what point in the customer or performer experience were respondents invited to complete the:
(i) Performing Artists User Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey; and
(ii) Customer satisfaction survey;
(d) What was the total cost incurred (including any costs associated with collection, analysis and reporting of the results) in undertaking the:
(i) Performing Artists User Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey; and
(ii) Customer Satisfaction Survey;
(e) Was any personal information collected as part of either survey:
(i) If so, who is responsible for storing and managing that information; and
(ii) For what purpose is that information retained and used; and
(f) How is the 'Level of Patronage' KPI reported in the Budget calculated, including:
(i) How patronage is defined for the purposes of this metric; and
(ii) Whether the reported figure represents unique patrons, ticket sales, attendances, visits or another measure?
