I refer to public statements associated with the Dorrien Gardens redevelopment that it will include 240 apartments, including 40 social and affordable homes, and I ask:(a) Does the State Government confirm that the Dorrien Gardens redevelopment includes 240 apartments;(b) Does the State Government confirm that the project includes 40 social and affordable homes;(c) If yes to either (1) or (2):(i) how many homes are proposed in total;(ii) how many are proposed to be social housing;(iii) how many are proposed to be affordable housing;(iv) how many are proposed to be private housing;(v) who will own and deliver those homes; and(vi) are those homes included within the State’s announced $30 million commitment; and(d) If no, on what basis were those figures publicly promoted?
