I refer to long standing concerns raised by the Geraldton Community regarding dust emissions from the port of Geraldton:(a) has there been any breaches by the Mid-West Ports Authority of its licences or works approvals issued under theEnvironmental Protection Actfor the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 to date; and(b) if yes to (a), please table a list of the breaches?

(a-b) No. Mid West Ports are consistently monitoring dust levels as part of their obligations under their approvals.
