Prisoners—Escapes29.Hon Nick Goiranto theminister representing the Minister for Corrective Services:I refer to the minister's answer on 10 December 2025 to my question without notice 1258 wherein he advised that two investigations into prison escapes remain outstanding, including one from as far back as 23 July 2024.(1) Has either investigation been finalised?(2) If yes to (1), will the minister provide a summary of the outcomes of that investigation, just as his colleague the Attorney General did following the McCullough escape investigation?(3) If no to (1) or (2), why not?(4) What is the total number of investigations into escapes from custody that are currently outstanding?
