The 2026-27 Budget papers show $58m as the total cost for the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) Emergency Department expansion and Behavioural Assessment Urgent Care. Can the Minister advise:
(a) Why are these two initiatives listed on one item of expenditure and not two

(b) What is the cost of each project;
(c) Why has the cost gone up $9m from the $48.9m shown in last year's Budget Papers;
(d) when the expansion commenced and when will it be completed;
(e) Once completed what will be the total number of beds and treatment bays in SCGH ED; and
