(1) What formal meetings regarding Container Deposit Scheme expansion have occurred since 1 January 2024 between:
(a) the Minister fo rthe Environment;
(b) the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD);
(c) Regional Development Commissions; and
(d) and representatives of:
(i) Wines of Western Australia;
;
(ii) regional wine associations; and
(iii) individual wine producers?
(2) For each meeting identified in (1), please provide:
(a) the date
;
(b) attendees; and
(c) the purpose of the meeting.?
(3) Has the Government considered any or the following for wine producers arising from Container Deposit Scheme expansion:
(a) rebate;
(b) grant;
(c) transitional assistance package; and
(d) small producer support mechanism:
(i) If yes to any of the above, what options were considered?
(4) Has DPIRD prepared any briefing, discussion paper, options paper or assessment concerning support measures for the wine industry:
(a) If yes, will the Minister table those documents?
(5) Does the Minister intend to establish any formal industry reference group or working group to monitor the impacts of Container Deposit Scheme expansion on regional wine communities:
