❓ Mr. Zempilas asks the Minister about vacant, unused, or surplus physical building assets within their portfolios (Energy, Manufacturing, Skills, Pilbara) as of April 1, 2026, seeking details on location, responsible agency, vacancy duration, heritage status, and future plans.

I refer to the physical building assets within the Minister’s portfolios, and ask:(a) As at 1 April 2026, for each asset that is vacant, unused, or surplus to requirements:(i) what is the asset and where is it located;(ii) which agency is responsible for it;(iii) since when has the asset been vacant, unused or surplus to requirements;(iv) is the asset on the State Register of Heritage Places or any other heritage listing type; and(v) what plans, if any, exist to refurbish, repurpose or dispose of it?
