I refer to unplanned interruptions to electricity supply on the Western Power distribution network in the electorate of Carine, and I ask:
(a) How many unplanned supply interruptions occurred on the Western Power distribution network affecting each of the suburbs of Carine, Duncraig, Gwelup, Marmion, North Beach, Padbury, Sorrento, Trigg and Watermans Bay, in each of the financial years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 to date;
(b) Of the interruptions identified in (a), and broken down on the same basis (by suburb and financial year), how many lasted 12 or more consecutive hours, being the threshold for the State Government’s $120 extended outage service standard payment; and
(c) How many $120 extended outage service standard payments were made to customers in each of those suburbs in each of those financial years?
