I refer to long standing concerns raised by the Geraldton community regarding dust emissions from the port of Geraldton and I ask:(a) has the Minister been made aware by the Mid-West Ports Authority of community concerns regarding dust emissions at the port of Geraldton;(b) has the Minister received an update from the Mid Wests Ports Authority of any recent changes to dust mitigation at the port of Geraldton;(c) is the Minister satisfied that the level of dust emissions at the port of Geraldton meets the environmental licence conditions as issued by the Department of Water andEnvironmental Regulation; and(d) has the Mid-West Ports Authority made any insurance pay outs or damage settlements to boat owners using the Geraldton Fishing Boat Harbour claiming damages from dust emissions since 2023?
