I refer to the recently announced Commercial Lease of Jorgensen Park in the City of Kalamunda:(a) Will the Minister confirm whether Aboriginal heritage sites are registered within or adjacent to Jorgensen Park, including Site ID 3758 and ID 25023;(b) Will the Minister advise whether any proposed disturbance works associated with the event require consent under section 18 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972;(c) Will the Minister advise whether the Department is aware of any Aboriginal heritage due diligence assessment, heritage survey, or other assessment having been undertaken in relation to the proposed event footprint; and(d) Will the Minister advise whether the Department is aware of any consultation having occurred with relevant Traditional Owner groups, including Whadjuk Noongar representatives, in relation to this proposal?

(a)   The restricted (non-public) boundaries of Aboriginal sites Helena River (ID 3758) and Poison Gully Creek (ID 25023) do not intersect Reserve 50554 Jorgensen Park, Crescent Road, Kalamunda.
(b)  There are no known Aboriginal sites in the area of Jorgensen Park and, as such, no approvals are required under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 .
(c)   The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage is not aware of any other due diligence, survey or other assessment being undertaken.
(d)  The Department is not aware as to whether consultation has occurred with Aboriginal representatives in relation to this proposal.
