Alcoa—Breaches
351. Hon Dr Brad Pettitt to the Minister for the
Environment:
I refer to
correspondence received by my colleague Hon Jess Beckerling, from the
Minister for the Environment on 11 May 2026, responding to two alleged breaches
by Alcoa, which she submitted for investigation on 16 February 2026.
(1) On what date or dates did the Department
of Water and Environmental Regulation staff visit the sites of the trees known
as Kingsbury marri and Hollow Butt jarrah?
(2) What diameters at breast height were
recorded for each of these trees?
(3) Will the minister please table the
investigation reports for both of these trees?
