I refer to 40km speed limit school zones in Western Australia, and I ask:
(a) how many new 40km limit zones were added for each of the following years:
(i) 2023-24;
(ii) 2024-25; and
(iii) 2025-26 (to date);
(b) for each of the figures in (a), for each financial year, how many new school zone signs were added, categorised by:
(i) non-flashing (standard sign); and
(ii) electric flashing lights / display signs;
(c) for each of the figures in (a), how many fines have been issued to drivers for breaking the speed limit in the new zones, per year; and
(d) excluding entirely new zones, how many zones had their boundaries increased (i.e. expanded in length of road covered) for each of the years in (a)?
