I refer to Performance School Reviews (PSR) undertaken by the Department of Education, and I ask:(a) How many WA public schools were subject to a Performance and School Review in each year from 2017 to 2025;(b) Of the schools reviewed in each year in (a), how many were found to not have met the minimum standards for quality education across each of the six critical domains;(c) For schools found not meeting minimum standards, what is the process and timeline for remediation; and(d) How many schools that failed to meet minimum standards in a PSR have subsequently been subject to a follow-up review, for each year from 2017 to 2025?
