I refer to the Yamatji Native Title Settlement and I ask:
(a) How much of the $442 million Yamatji Nation settlement package has been expended to date, broken down by:
(i) cash payments;
(ii) implementation costs;
(iii) economic development initiatives;
(iv) land transfers;
(v) heritage programs, and; and
(vi) ranger and conservation programs;
(b) How much revenue has been generated from the mining rental revenue stream and Oakajee Industrial Estate lease arrangements under the agreement since 2020;
(c) How many hectares of Crown land have been transferred to the Yamatji Land Estate since the agreement was conclusively registered in October 2020, compared with the total land promised under the settlement;
(d) How many Yamatji-owned businesses have received support through the Business Development Unit, and how many jobs have been created as a result;
(e) How many Aboriginal ranger positions promised under the agreement have been filled, and how many have transitioned to Yamatji Southern Regional Corporation management;
(f) How many Government Regional Office Housing (GROH) properties have been transferred or made available under the agreement, and how many are currently occupied;
(g) How many heritage surveys have been conducted under the Yamatji Standard Heritage Agreements since implementation began; and
