(2) Was the EPA provided with: the conditions of CPS 10801/1 and CPS 11036/1; the Section 91 Licence of 7 April 2026 authorising removal of Banksia sessilis; the proponent's ecological assessments identifying EPBC-listed species; and DWER ICMS records 107299 and 107872?
(3) Did the proponent or local council make a submission to the EPA in relation to the 26 April 2026 referral, and if so, will the Parliamentary Secretary table it?
(4) Will the Parliamentary Secretary ask the EPA to review its 26 April 2026 determination in light of the independently commissioned peer review findings and the matters raised in these questions?
