I refer to the $2 million grant from the Renewable Hydrogen Fund in August 2020 to Fortescue for the Christmas Creek Renewable Hydrogen Mobility Project, and I ask:
(a) Does the grant agreement require Fortescue to maintain the Christmas Creek refuelling station for a prescribed period of time, and if so, what is that period;
(b) Does the grant agreement require Fortescue to report to the Government on the ongoing use and outcomes of the project, and if so, what reports have been submitted to date; and
(c) Does the grant agreement contain a clawback provision in the event that the project does not meet stated milestones or deliverables, and if so, please describe the circumstances in which it may be triggered?
