I refer to the media statement by the Minister for Agriculture and Food; Fisheries; Forestry; Small Business; Mid West, entitled "Biofuels strategy to help WA capitalise on industry opportunities", published on 9 October 2025, and ask:(a) Has the Minister received the Advanced Biofuel Strategy:(i) If so, will the Strategy be tabled in Parliament:(A) If not, please outline the reasons why; and(ii) If not, what is the predicted, or otherwise determined, finalisation date for the Strategy;(b) Will the economic analysis of WA's biomass feedstocks, supply chains and technology pathways by GHD be tabled in Parliament:(i) If not, why not; and(c) Of the $1.2 million stated by the WA Government to develop the Advanced Biofuels Strategy, please outline:(i) The costs of Churchill Capital Consulting;(ii) The costs of the economic analysis by GHD; and(iii) Any other costs?

(a) - (b) As announced during the 2025 state election, the state government is currently developing a biofuels strategy which will be made available upon completion.
(c) (i) Churchill Capital – $230,454.00 (incl. GST), to develop the Advanced Biofuels Strategy
(ii) GHD – $184,625 (incl. GST), to complete the techno-economic analysis of WA’s biomass feedstocks, supply chains and technology pathways.
(iii) Verbrec – AUD $48,500 (incl. GST), to assess WA’s biomethane potential, which complements the GHD techno-economic assessment.
(c) (i) Churchill Capital – $230,454.00 (incl. GST), to develop the Advanced Biofuels Strategy
