296. Hon Simon Ehrenfeld to the minister representing
the Minister for Police:
I refer to the establishment of protected
entertainment precincts (PEPs), which were designated in 2022 to ensure public
safety.
(1) How many arrests were made in each of
the designated PEPs in 2025?
(2) How many arrests were made in each of
the areas that became PEP areas in the full year preceding the designation of
PEPs?

Minister for Police.
The Western
Australia Police Force has advised that due to the volume of data requiring
extraction, a response is unable to be provided in the required timeframe. An
answer will be provided on 12 May 2026.
