secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the
significant land clearing and site works already underway at the proposed Perth
Park site.
(1) Has the final design of the racetrack
and relevant infrastructure been publicly released?
(2) Has approval been granted from
Burswood Nominees Limited to access lot 551, and if not, on what date will
this be finalised?
(3) Has development approval been
received from the Town of Victoria Park to develop lots 2001 and 2006?
(4) Can the minister define the
government's requested access arrangements for lot 551 and confirm how
much public funding has been allocated to compensate Burswood Nominees for
access or works within this area?

(1)–(4) The full design for Perth Park is
currently being finalised and will be released in due course. The state government
continues its positive engagement regarding lot 551, while lots 2001 and
2006 are subject to a current development application before the Western
Australian Planning Commission.
