I refer the Minister to the possibility that Western Australia (WA) may eventually adopt a medicinal cannabis driving exemption, threshold, defence or discretion, as has occurred in other Australian jurisdictions, and as is apparently being considered at present, according to the Minister's own media comments of 4 June 2026, and I ask:
(a) has WA Police prepared implementation advice in advance of any such reform;
(b) has the Road Safety Commission modelled any public education campaign that would be required;
(c) has the Department of Transport identified what licensing, registration or prescription-verification changes would be needed; and
(d) if the answer to (a, b, and c) is no, what practical preparations for reform have been undertaken by the Government and/or its agencies, given that this issue has been before Parliament, the Government, and said agencies, for several years now?
