I refer to the $1 million grant from the Renewable Hydrogen Fund in August 2020 to ATCO and Fortescue Future Industries for the Hydrogen Refuelling Station at ATCO's Jandakot Operations Centre, and I ask:
(a) Under the terms of the grant agreement, are ATCO or Fortescue Future Industries required to report to the Government on the number of refuelling events, vehicles serviced or kilograms of green hydrogen dispensed at the refuelling station;
(b) If the answer to (a) is yes, please provide the date of the most recent report submitted and what it disclosed; and
(c) If the answer to (a) is no, please provide the reason no such reporting obligation was included in the grant agreement?
