I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment, which recommends the Government ensure all commercial risks are adequately managed prior to final contract award, and I ask:(a) what specific commercial risks were identified;(b) has an updated risk assessment been undertaken; and(c) if yes to (b), will the Minister table the report?
Answer
(a) Commercial risks exist on all major projects and as always, the Government will ensure appropriate measures are in place to manage this.
