I refer to the processing of sexual assault forensic evidence kits in Western Australia, and I ask:(a) as of 16 March 2026 is there is a backlog in testing forensic evidence kits in Western Australia;(b) if yes to (a), how many sexual assault forensic evidence kits are currently awaiting forensic testing; and(c) what is the current average timeframe between the collection of a sexual assault forensic evidence kit and the completion of forensic testing?
