I refer to my question without notice C703, and note from the Premier's Circular "Report on Consultants Engaged by Government - Premier's Circular 2025/17" that Ministerial Offices are required to collate returns provided in accordance with this circular and submit these to the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) within eight weeks of the end of each six-month period and I ask: (a) which Ministerial Offices have not provided returns for July 2023 to December 2023 to DPC; (b) which Ministerial Offices have not provided returns for January 2024 to June 2024 to DPC; and (c) which Ministerial Offices have not provided returns for July 2024 to December 2024 to DPC?
