I refer to the identification and recording of defective playground equipment in Western Australian public schools, and I ask:
(a) Is defective, end-of-life or non-compliant playground equipment recorded in Building Condition Assessment reports, or in a separate register maintained by the Department of Education;
(b) As at the most recent assessment, how many Western Australian public schools have playground equipment identified as defective, end-of-life or non-compliant; and
(c) Please list those schools?
