(a) Information about individuals who are referred to, or seek assistance from, Family and Domestic Violence Refuges funded under the National Agreement on Social Housing and Homelessness (NASHH) is collected as part of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare’s (AIHW) Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) data collection. The SHS collection includes data on:
(i) unmet client needs, where a client had some, but not all services provided, and
(ii) unassisted requests, where a person could not be offered any immediate assistance.
(b) Annually.
(c) The AIHW published data is not disaggregated by region.
