The 2026-27 Budget papers show an estimated actual of $2.8m in 2025-26 for the Cockburn Health Facility, but nothing beyond this. Can the Minister advise:
(a) Is this initiative the same as the Cockburn Clinic (Mental Health) Expansion shown in the 2025-26 Budget Papers (BP 2 Vol 1, page 332);
(b) If so, why last year was $27.3m shown as the budget for 2025-26, yet in this year’s budget papers it is estimated that only $2.8m will be spent; and
(c) If in fact it is different, where is the reporting of the expenditure in this year’s Budget Papers for what the estimated actual is expected in 2025-26?
