current waitlist for affordable housing being managed by the Department of

provide the following on behalf of the Minister for Housing and Works.
As of 1 July 2025 the housing authority is no longer part of
the Department of Communities.
(1) Affordable rental properties are
managed and allocated directly by community housing providers and private
developers.
(2)–(3) Not applicable.
