I refer to the much delayed and now opened youth diversion centre run under the Marlamanu program in the Kimberley, and ask:
(a) how many youth are currently residing at the centre;
(b) since opening last year, how many have gone through the program at the centre;
(c) what is the average duration of stay at the centre; and
(d) how many of those youth would have otherwise been directed to Banksia prison with a custodial sentence if the centre had not existed?
