the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Health:
I refer to the
state's new illicit tobacco laws passed in March.
(1) How many closure orders have been
issued, broken down by:
(a) interim;
(b) short-term; and
(c) long-term?
(2) How many fines have been issued for
offences under the new laws, and what is the cumulative value of those fines to
date?

been provided by the Minister for Health.
(1)–(2) The bill will be proclaimed imminently,
giving force to the provisions of the Tobacco Products Control Amendment Bill.
