❓ Hon Steve Martin seeks clarification on the number of FTEs associated with the Westport Marine Technical Advisor program, specifically how they are counted in the Westport Office's official headcount and the number of FTEs working under the Worley Arcadis Joint Venture contract.

I refer to Question Without Notice 353 in the Legislative Council asked on 7 May 2026, in which the Minister responded explaining that the number of people working on the Westport Marine Technical Advisor (TA) program changes regularly and that a sensible average cannot be provided at this early stage, and I ask:(a) can the Minister confirm the number of Full-Time Equivalents (FTE's), if any, under the Westport Marine TA that are counted towards the official Westport Office FTE headcount for Budget and reporting purposes, such as what was provided in the answer to Question on Notice No. 450 asked by Sandra Brewer MLA on 13 August 2025; and(b) can the Minister confirm the approximate number of FTEs working under the Worley Arcadis Joint Venture (JV) contract as of today's date?
