I refer to the former McCall Centre site in Cottesloe, can the Minister advise:(a) the current status of the proposed rezoning from “Public Purposes” to “Urban” under the Metropolitan Region Scheme necessary to enable sale or redevelopment;(b) whether this rezoning has been finalised or is expected to be finalised and, if so, the expected timeframe; and(c) whether there are confirmed plans or expressions of interest for redevelopment or disposal of the site where rezoning is completed?
