I refer to State Government owned properties on Edwin Crescent in the Geraldton suburb of Bluff Point, as well as data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics from the 2021 Census highlighting social housing within Geraldton, and I ask:(a) What consideration has been made by the State Government towards the Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) 51104128513 and the increased concentration of social housing in this area compared to the rest of the suburb of Bluff Point;(b) What geographic unit did the Department use to assess local concentration risk and neighbourhood impact;(c) Was SA1 51104128513, or any comparable small-area analysis, considered when deciding to place further public housing at these locations;(d) If a small-area analysis was not used, why not; and(e) Will the Minister provide the methodology by which the Department concluded that further public housing at Edwin Crescent would not create excessive local concentration along with the evidence which supported that decision?
