response on behalf of the Minister for Planning and Lands.(1)–(4) The development application for lot 4 was
approved on 18 October 2021 and the development application relevant conditions
were published on 31 October 2021 and are publicly available. Piling and early
works are considered a project milestone.I have in tabular
form a summary of some of the other conditions, as asked for in part (4), and I
seek leave to table the attached document.The President:The parliamentary secretary is seeking
leave to incorporate the table into—just to be clear, the parliamentary
