Question
I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment, which recommended that the Government fully satisfy itself that commercial and delivery risks are adequately managed prior to final contract award, and I ask:(a) did Treasury provide written advice to Cabinet regarding cost reliability and delivery risk;(b) were any conditions imposed prior to proceeding; and(c) if yes to (b), what were those conditions?
Answer
