I refer to the State Hazard Plan - Energy Supply Disruption (version 2.05, published January 2026), which confirms that the Coordinator of Energy is the hazard management agency responsible for the management of liquid fuel supply disruptions, and establishes a four-level response alert system (Level 0 - White, Level 1 - Yellow, Level 2 - Amber, Level 3- Red) and I ask:(a) Since 1 January 2026 to present, can the Minister please provide each escalation level and the date and time of each escalation and the rationale for the escalation based on the liquid fuel indicators which were triggered and any other matters considered that informed the change in level?
