I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment, which states that the projected economic return is dependent on the expected event program and visitor profile materialising, and I ask:(a) are there any binding long-term agreements with event promoters or governing bodies guaranteeing the minimum number of major events assumed in the economic modelling;(b) if yes to (a), which organisations are party to those agreements; and(c) what minimum event commitments are included in those agreements?
