I refer to the undergrounding of the power connection to 75 Brandon Street, Kensington, Western Australia, and I ask:
(a) was the owner offered the option of the installation of a below ground pit as opposed to an above ground green dome;
(b) did the owner contact Western Power seeking the alternative installation of a below ground pit;
(c) was the request for installation of a below ground pit refused, and of so why;
(d) was the owner prepared to pay any additional costs for the installation of a below ground pit;
(e) are there technical reasons why installation of a below ground pit is not feasible; and
(f) if yes to (e), what are those reasons?
