(i) will the Minister table that assessment; and
(ii) Did that assessment consider:
(A) cashflow impacts?
(B) working capital requirements?
(C) excise payment timing; and?
(D) recovery of Container Deposit Scheme costs through the supply chain?
(2) Has the Government undertaken any modelling of the effective per-container cost of the Container Deposit Scheme for spirits producers at different production volumes:
(a) If yes, will the Minister table that modelling?
(3) Has the Government engaged with the Commonwealth Government, Treasury, the Australian Taxation Office, or any Commonwealth agency regarding the interaction between Commonwealth excise obligations and the Container Deposit Scheme:
(a) If yes, on what date or dates did that engagement occur; and; and
(b) will the Minister table any correspondence, briefing notes or records of that engagement?
(4) Has the Government considered any exemption, rebate, transitional arrangement or alternative levy structure for spirits producers arising from the interaction between Commonwealth excise obligations and Container Deposit Scheme costs:
