For the period 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025, within the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions' South Coast District, can the Minister please provide details for:(a) how many Black Cockatoo deaths have been reported;(b) how many Black Cockatoos have been reported as injured;(c) the causes of each reported death and injury; and(d) the number of injured birds transported to Perth Zoo for treatment?
