I refer to the provision of radiology services at Kalgoorlie Hospital and ask:
(a) Will the Minister table the contract between the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) and Apex Radiology;
(b) If not, can the Minister advise of the broad parameters of this contract;
(c) Have concerns been raised with the Department of Health that patients have been billed for treatments they did not receive or that Kalgoorlie Hospital has billed for radiology treatments using a private provider number;
(d) If so, have these claims been investigated and what was the outcome with respect to each;
(e) Has the contract between WACHS and Apex Radiology ever been formally evaluated;
(f) Has the contract ever been examined by the Office of the Auditor General and or WACHS risk management committee, and if so when and what was the outcome in each case; and
(g) Have more general concerns about the Apex radiology services been raised with the Health Department, if so, what were these, and what was the outcome?
