I refer to the Electricity Industry (Network Quality and Reliability of Supply) Code 2005, and to the service standards against which Western Power’s reliability performance is reported annually to the Economic Regulation Authority, and I ask:
(a) Does the Code, or any service standard applying to Western Power, set a maximum or target number of supply interruptions that an individual customer should experience in a year; and if so, what is that standard;
(b) What were the service standard target and Western Power’s actual reported figure for the average frequency of interruptions on its urban distribution feeders in the 2024/25 reporting year; and
(c) In each of the last five reporting years, did Western Power meet the service standard for the average frequency of interruptions on its urban distribution feeders?
