Question

I refer to water pressure issues in the northern suburbs of Perth, and I ask:(a) Please provide the number of site visits that were undertaken by Water Corporation for water pressure or related issues over the last 3 years, to residents in each of the following suburbs:(i) Padbury;(ii) Duncraig;(iii) Sorrento;(iv) Marmion;(v) North Beach;(vi) Watermans Bay;(vii) Carine; and(viii) Gwelup?

Answer

(a) Customers contacting Water Corporation about water pressure get a work order raised so that it can be investigated.  The water pressure will then be tested at the meter as this is the point where Water Corporation is required, under its licence, to provide a minimum water pressure of 15 meters head.
