I refer to Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services that are operating at a level of maximum approved capacity, and I ask:(a) what is the process for an OSHC provider operating on a public-school site to apply to increase the number of approved places;(b) what department is responsible for assessing applications to increase the number of approved places;(c) what building requirements must be met to increase enrolment capacity; and(d) have schools and providers been given information from the Department of Education about expanding OSHC services?
