These regulations amend the Architects Regulations 2005 and the Gas Standards (Gasfitting and Consumer Gas Installations) Regulations 1999. The amendments relate to mutual recognition, insurance requirements for architects, and notification requirements for gas fitters.

Registered architects are affected by changes to insurance requirements and reporting obligations. Registered gas fitters are affected by changes to address notification requirements and form updates.
